Lunched on a different kind of pizza today with my girl friends. It's called Skinny Pizza. Skinny because there is really no 'meat' to the crust of the pizza; only a crispy layer of biscuit reminiscent of the Indian snack papadam. But it went well with the topping we ordered: Swiss cheese and smoked turkey with blueberry sauce, and covered generously with rocket leaves. Sounds funky, but it's really good.

And then, we had the one meter pork sausage. It came straight and uncoiled on a bed of (more) rocket leaves. With mustard, it was goooood!

It was a balanced meal of sugars, proteins and vitamins consumed with loads of pleasure!!
